Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active phlwin66 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, email, phone number, device, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the phlwin66 registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

Verification Requirements

Bet Acceptance

Sports Betting Settlements

Sports bets — including boxing, basketball, and volleyball markets — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of event postponement, cancellation, or force majeure, phlwin66's in-house rules for that specific sport will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phlwin66 platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with phlwin66 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in card games (Tongits, Pusoy) or any other game format.

Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account permanently suspended, their remaining balance forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.

Account Termination

You may close your phlwin66 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance with withdrawal conditions) will be processed back to your registered payment method.

phlwin66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in cases of suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or at our sole discretion for risk management purposes. In such cases, phlwin66 will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by law.

Amendments to These Terms

phlwin66 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the phlwin66 platform after any change has been published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

Governing Law
